About

The work is always the same problem

I've spent my career on the same problem at wildly different scales — a pre-launch B2B platform, a mom-and-pop shop, systems moving millions of transactions a day. The tooling changes completely. The work doesn't: find where the process is fighting the people, and fix it.

I joined TireHub, the Goodyear/Bridgestone joint venture, a month before launch, and spent six years taking its eCommerce platform from nothing to best-in-class — payments, ERP sync, manufacturer data pipelines, a CRM I ended up owning outright. When the reporting didn't exist, I learned Crystal Reports, Power BI, and Tableau and built it.

Today I'm a Product Owner at Jack Henry, translating "this could work" into "this runs reliably in production" — and co-leading the AI Bridge Collective, helping teams of very different technical backgrounds get productive fast.

Found: Vendor data from multiple core platforms didn't resolve against a single contract.
Built: A normalized Common Response API, plus a Jira import pipeline that turns structured intake into ready user stories with minimal manual overhead.

Senior Technical Business & Systems Analyst — TireHub

Feb 2022 – Mar 2024

Found: Dealers had no way to compare performance; the C-suite had no standing picture of delivery.
Built: An end-to-end dealer loyalty program and a 1,000+ item physical backlog wall, updated weekly — plus company-wide Atlassian adoption.

CASE 03

Technical Business Analyst — TireHub

Jun 2018 – Feb 2022

Found: A month before launch, orders had no way to flow — the vendor platform wasn't configured past a basic VAN.
Built: An in-house EDI translation engine that became the integration foundation, plus the payments, manufacturer data, and ERP sync that took the platform to best-in-class.

Found: Thousands of client tax-compliance PDFs were being built by hand from spreadsheets.
Built: An automated generation system that eliminated the manual entry, plus ERP implementations and EDI design for enterprise clients.
